Body Mass Index
Calculate your Body Mass Index to understand which weight category you fall into and what it means for your health and training.
BMI (Body Mass Index) is a measure of body fat based on your height and weight, calculated as weight in kilograms divided by height in metres squared. It's a widely used screening tool to categorize weight status.
The World Health Organization defines healthy BMI ranges as: below 18.5 (underweight), 18.5–24.9 (healthy weight), 25–29.9 (overweight), and 30+ (obese). BMI doesn't account for muscle mass, so very muscular individuals may score higher without excess body fat — it's a starting point, not a diagnosis.
